Products & Specifications
We make every effort to display product colors, patterns, and dimensions accurately. However, individual screen settings may affect color perception. All measurements (width, length, casing depth) are approximate. For custom-sized window casings, please verify measurements before ordering.

Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order for any reason

  • Cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

  • Limit quantities per customer

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Window casings cut to specific dimensions and custom-made curtains are final sale unless defective. Lead times for custom items are noted on the product page.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy. Custom items are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Gold LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
